Foundation waterproofing
Below grade, water is a load like any other, and it is the one nobody can inspect once the hole is closed. A seamless spray-applied membrane bonds directly to the wall, with no laps and no fasteners for water to find. Not the black tar coating most foundations get, which slows moisture but does not stop water. Mariner Construction is a certified installer of HULK Waterproofing Systems.
We excavate, form, pour, waterproof, install drainage board, and backfill. We also take the waterproofing scope on its own as a sub for other builders.
